When someone you love is struggling with an eating disorder, it can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and deeply isolating — like landing on a hostile planet where all the rules have changed.
You may be carrying enormous responsibility behind the scenes: supporting recovery while managing fear, uncertainty, family life, and your own wellbeing. Many caregivers feel as though they are walking on eggshells — paralysed, terrified, frustrated, and hopeful, often all at the same time.
Wherever you are right now, there's a place to start.

Recovery Compass | October 14th

Supporting someone with an eating disorder is a journey, and no one should have to navigate it alone.
Recovery Compass is a six-week live programme designed for parents, partners and caregivers who want a deeper understanding of eating disorders and the confidence to support recovery with compassion.
Co-facilitated by Deirdre Reddan and Zuzanna Gajowiec—Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Consultant, Clinical Psychologist and Family Therapist—the programme combines lived experience with specialist clinical expertise to provide practical learning, compassionate guidance and a supportive community.
You'll leave with greater confidence, practical strategies and the reassurance that you're not walking this path alone.
